Just a nice choice for a couple of nights in Quebec City with great value for the money. I appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk who offered great suggestions for local restaurants. Try to check if they have any available parking options before your stay.

Towels were not replaced as promised!!! Garbage was full at departure!!! Shower cramped and less than satisfactory!!! Should have better housekeeping practices!!!

Charming atmosphere with a few hiccups

The location was superb, nestled in the heart of Vieux Quebec, and the ambiance felt like a step back in time. Strolling the nearby streets led us to delightful cafés and historic sites. Each morning, I reveled in the sound of birds chirping and the sight of the lush park right outside our window.

Unfortunately, the amenities in our room were inconsistent, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. Our requests for housekeeping went unanswered during our stay, resulting in a rather untidy room. The dated bathroom fittings could also use an upgrade, affecting overall comfort.

Great location right next to the Parc des Gouverneur, with many attractions just a short walk away. The room was clean upon arrival, and the bed comfortable. Enjoyed having a coffee maker with plenty of pods available at the front desk. However, housekeeping service was lacking throughout our stay. there was no daily cleaning, and I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. The first night, the TV wouldn't load channels, which required me to troubleshoot it. Also, I couldn’t find a recycling bin in the room, which was surprising as we are from Ontario. The front desk staff was helpful with maps and parking suggestions, which I appreciated. A bit noisy at times, and the check-in process took longer than expected, but the charm of the locale made it worthwhile.

With four kids in tow, we really enjoyed strolling to nearby attractions from this charming place. Our room had a lovely view of the park, and it was nice to have the open space right outside for the kids to run around. The location was just perfect.
